These two products constitute a family of switching hubs, planned for Planex. The company is a Japanese holding specialized in consumer electronics with which we have started a tight relationship of collaboration. On the one hand, Planex desired to renew its image and products with a made in Italy design, on the other, Madeindreams enthusiastically took on this opportunity to work on an international project based in Tokyo.

We have covered the electronics with a soft and thin plastic film, obtaining a quite unusual and innovative effect for the type of product. On the top, some curved lines indicate the possible to mix and switch the connection of various devices. There, as on the base side, a wavy and sinuous graphic sign is reused, that was already used for mzk-wg300 nx and sa300n2 routers. The two families, although maintaining certain uniqueness, offer the same stylistic imprint.
In this way, Japanese technology has been covered with Italian design, to both enhance the products on the local market, and hypothesizing an internationalization of the market. The partnership derived from this project is especially precious because it allows us to have constant updating also on foreign markets, constantly refining our expertise in consumer electronics.
