Lifter contacted us for redesigning a small electric transpallet handlebar, used to handle loads and pallets in the retail commerce, in large-scale retail trade as well as in transports enterprises. However, our proposal was not restricted to an aesthetic-formal approach. We suggested a product restyling in the full respect of the Lifter range signature features, an implementation of the product functionality and usability till the case mathematization.
The innovations made are quite satisfying especially for the combination of aesthetics and use convenience. We have adapted to the Lifter family feeling while perfectly including the new handlebar lines. The formal inspiration comes from the wellness equipment, with special focus on the automobile world. This choice suggested a formal solution that ensures a good grip also by those less expert or less powerful users. The final result is a thin and handy handlebar with easy and safety controls. Some of the main features that make CX12 exclusive in its category of use include the ergonomic helm, the built-in battery charger, the glove compartment, the reduced frame profile, the fork optimum visibility by the operator, a reduced steering lock, the limited width of the machine forepart.
